A total of 135 new homes will be available in two new series: The community will include 89 townhomes and 46 single-family, detached Courtyard Homes. Floor plans for the single-family, detached homes will range from 2,000 to 2,100 square feet, with townhomes offering between 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
Three model homes are already under construction in Tidal Pointe at Southside Quarter, including The Woodsmoke, a single-family detached home, and townhomes The Hester and The Latitude. Amenities for this community will include a pool, cabana, and walkability to local shopping, dining and entertainment. The models are scheduled to be completed and open for sales in late spring.
